"Hyde and Seek" - Hyde Hall 2022

02TEXTILES RETURNED TO HYDE HALL GARDENS.

We are delighted to announce that our fourth exhibition at RHS Hyde Hall Gardens took place from September 9th to September 18th. 2022. This Exhibition was originally planned for June 2020, but Covid intervened and the exhibition had to be postponed.

"Hyde and Seek"

is the name of the main exhibition, and it showcases a wide variety of textile work by each individual artist.

"Raised Bed"

is the name of the Group Project where each member collaborated to produce work on a common theme, interpreted by each member in their own individual way.

The exhibition includes a shop area selling cards, portfolio pieces, brooches, necklaces and much more.
Some of the artists will also be on hand each day to answer any questions.

This exhibition of exciting and colourful textile work will run from
September 9th until September 18th, 2022 inclusive
Open: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Cost: Entrance to the Exhibition is free but normal Hyde Hall Garden admission charges apply to the Site -
RHS members - FREE,

(Note: Last entrance to the Gardens is at 5 p.m.)

Booking is not required.

How to find Hyde Hall 
By car
:
Hyde Hall is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Chelmsford and is signed from the A130 (southbound).
Leave the M25 at junction 29 for A127 (signed Southend). From the A127 exit onto the A132 (signed Wickford/South Woodham Ferrers).
Or leave the A12 at junction 17, then at the roundabout take the second exit for the A130 (signed Southend/Basildon)
From the A130 Rettendon Turnpike roundabout follow the tourist attraction flower symbols towards South Woodham Ferrers on the A132. At the Shaw Farm roundabout turn left into Willow Grove/Creephedge Lane.
(Please be aware that if you are using Sat Nav the new post code may not be recognised, therefore please use CM3 8RA (Willow Grove, South Woodham Ferrers), and continue straight on this road towards East Hanningfield for approx 1.5 miles
By Public Transport:
From London Liverpool Street to Chelmsford (about 13km/8miles away) or to
Wickford (about 8km / 5 miles away). Taxis are usually available at the station.
